  • iQ Homes reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or verification problems
  • Providing accurate contact and delivery details is the customer’s responsibility

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan
  • Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 working days, depending on location
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, etc.)

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable

  • Proper installation is the customer’s responsibility
  • iQ Homes is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or negligence
